Environmental & Social Framework

The development, construction, and operation of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects are structured in accordance with national statutory regulations and Best International Practice (BIP) for environmental and social sustainability.

To ensure bankability and alignment with leading international financial institutions (IFIs), our projects align with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Environmental and Social Policy (ESP).

This Environmental and Social Framework establishes a comprehensive baseline for identifying, avoiding, and mitigating potential adverse impacts, including land acquisition and livelihood restoration, biodiversity conservation, labor and working conditions across the supply chain, and community health, safety, and security.

Through early stakeholder engagement, transparent public disclosure, and structured Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), the framework ensures the Project contributes positively to regional decarbonization while safeguarding local ecosystems and community well-being.
